      I actually really hoped that this would be the winning request but it looks like weights and mobility might be the winner! 😯 I will be sure to create some awesome mobility classes in this program so we can get all those flexibility gains! ☺️❀️

    I love doing weights with you so it would be fab to see weeks 5-8 of lean and toned or another weights program (weights and yoga sounds great but I don’t mind repeating old yoga classes or going to a studio when I need more yoga, if you have to be selective!) otherwise I would absolutely do the flexibility program, there are some tight areas like shoulders I just can’t seem to crack and being pain free would be a dream. Xx
