I’m looking forward to a yoga February, it’ll be good to slow down and reset for the new year ahead, I find January also quite hectic, lots of pressure for a tiny month ehehe, gosh I want truly be of help ’cause I enjoyed your follow-along Athletic Dumbell back in August (really useful tips throughout the challenge), but I also, previously enjoyed the self-paced lean&toned prog ’cause I’m able to do all the reps…so both formats have their perks! Lots of β€ to the A&A duo!!
So excited about Fresh February because i always lack recovery overall so forcing it into the routine and adding these classes to my weight lifting sessions will be great. In terms of feedback/preferences to your question, i definitely prefer the follow along workouts and dumbbell session. Thats probably the primary reason why I am still using the FBFM app after 5 yrs and not going anywhere!! Its just not the same when you look at a video and then do it on your own.. i love all your tips and encouragements as we go!! So please please keep that next dumbbell program as follow along classes ππAs always, love what you and Adam do and your energy and positivity. Thank you for everything and may 2024 be your best year yet!! π₯°
Yeah yoga month! Im just doing 20 day challenge everyday now. It will be great to do it until new February fresh start!
