Hips hold the majority of our physical tension, so taking time to stretch and release tight hips can be one of the best ways to rejuvenate the body! This flow isFOCUSsed on unraveling the hip joint with stretches and postures targeted to release the hip flexors (including the TFL and Psoas) and the glutes. The best part is, working on hip mobility not only improves your movement during exercise but is also a great way to relieve lower back and knee pain!
This is the best class ever. It feels so good and works out my hip flexors and gluten exactly where I need them. I do this class 4 times a week. Thank you Amanda.

Thank you, Amanda!! Great class. I suffer lower back pain a lot and these excerises help a lot. I wonder which other exercises i can do for strenthening lower back? Do you by chance have a programe for that. Maybe the one for legs and glutes. Thanks again! Keep it up!
