This class will introduce you to my targeted stretches, postures, and release techniques to FINALLY achieve your Splits (Full Hanumanasana Pose). Start with a splits specific warm up and gradually move through preparation stretches that help increase hamstring and whole hip flexibility that is essential for getting all the way down in your splits. Also learn how a trigger ball can be a game changer in giving you more flexibility and ease in achieving this posture.
