4 Week Complete Body Pilates
This 4 week program is the complete Pilates package. Each day comes with a unique focus including mobility, strengthening, sculpting, upper body, legs & booty, and of course, core. The last day of the week is also dedicated to yoga, the perfect way to improve flexibility, release stress and prepare for the next week of classes.
