Day 2 || Pilates for Posture

LEVEL || Intermediate

A focused class that specifically targets opening the chest and front of body and strengthening the upper back muscles. Using mobility exercises to release the spine and shoulders and isolated strengthening exercises for the shoulder girdle and back extensors, you will finish this class feeling lifted, mobile and activated. Include this class regularly in your training routine to improve your posture, mobility in the upper body, and alignment of your spine.
