Vitamin Boost + Fibre
This festive recipe combines spinach and tomatoes (the colours of Christmas!) to create a powerhouse of essential nutrients. Spinach, packed with vitamins A, C, K, and folate, promotes healthy skin, vision, and a robust immune system. Meanwhile, tomatoes, rich in antioxidants like lycopene, support heart health and combat inflammation. Together, with the herbs and cheese, these ingredients offer a medley of flavours while providing a boost of iron, potassium, and fibre.
