Hi👋…. I absolutely love this challenge …. I love the combination of dumbell and body weight workouts…. I follow the body weight program and I already see the benefits of it….I feel much stronger, better posture …. I have to admit it, that sometimes it’s quite challenging …💪🏻😁. I love the food guide ….any type of guide would be great also in the future…I think you are doing an amazing work … I really love working out with you …you give great tips for the workouts …🤗🤗🤗
First of all: thank you for your work and passion you put in the challenge and classes 🤗❤️ 1. I like the option to choose between dumbbells and bodyweight. 2. Only inspiration food plan, so i can pass it in my week. 3. All in all it was a great combination, sometimes it was hard to pass the long classes in my week. But I try it and switch some of the classes. Thats why it calls a challenge. Once again: Thanks Amanda 🙏

Loving the dumbbells, nothing to beat a good strength workout! Even if i have this challenge yet to accomplish, i dare to say it’s my favourite so far! Dumbbell classes such a good add in the App! Can’t wait to take these in my programme! Happy to hear this challenge will be kept alive! Thank you Amanda! 🤗💛 What comes to future ideas, how about using even kettlebells? My extra special wish would be Pull Up Bar Excercises!!! 🥳
