    Hey, Amanda! Thank you so much for the May Madness challenge, it was awesome! I have also started doing your circuit weights programme this month! 🤗 I would be also very interested in the stretching programme (specifically splits) and how to gradually progress towards your goal without injuring yourself.     Hi Amanda. I would live a yoga and pilates program to help rebuild strengh and flexibility after illness. With winter and recrrent covid and flu infections, i often have to stop

    Hi Ananda. I would love a pilates and yoga based “ recovery from illness/rebuild strength” program. As its winter, many if us are getting sick and reinfected with covid. This ofen means stopping exercise for a time period and it’s difficult to get back into it. A gentle strength rebuilding/recovery program would ve awesome.

    Hi Amand, I really like all your workouts. I am prepating to start your dumbell cirqiut….I’ reall like to see maybe a “pilates body” series. I started doing pilates in your app for the first time and I have to say that I really like it… and most off all I see nice changes in my body strenght and posture.
