Focusing on push and pull work, you will find your core and stabilisers are a key focus as they keep you in control and balanced.     I really liked this class. I practice Pilates a few years now and I felt that the band makes some exercise easier (roll up) and on other exercises the band adds resistance and makes it harder. I enjoyed this class. Not too easy and not too hard.
