Week 4 Day 23: Lower Body Mobility for Better Movement

If you want to squat with more freedom, run with more power and no pain, or generally have better day-to-day movement (think, getting up off the floor, bending over to pick something up, climbing stairs, getting low on the dance floor, or even walking with better lower body alignment….) this class is the key! You WILL feel and instant difference after your first try, however, if done regularly, the movements you master in this class with change the way your body feels and performs when you move. Do in its entirety as a weekly pre-hab ritual or pick and choose a few exercises to include in your warm ups to unlock a brand new freedom for you ankles, knees and hips.
