How to Follow Athletic August – 2 Options!

Hey Fam! Here’s a breakdown of the new 30 day Athletic August Challenge. You can choose to do the Dumbbell Weight version or the Bodyweight version if you don’t have access to any equipment… or even a combination of both!

    Hi Amanda. Could you use kettlebells instead of dumbbells?

      Yes definitely! You might need to adjust some of the exercises where you need 2 dumbbells to 1 kettlebell (if tou only have one kettlebell of each weight), otherwise you can just use your kettlebells like dumbbells ☺️
