This is my signature ‘yoga workout’ class! After a few days of getting into a good yoga routine, it’s time to spice things up! Get your heart rate up, boost your metabolism, and build lean muscle with this whole body workout. Designed to incorporate your favourite yoga postures in aFOCUSed sequence to challenge your upper body, legs, and core. Not only will you be working on your muscular strength, you will also build stamina and coordination.
