Day 6 || Crow & Crane

LEVEL || Intermediate

This flow will give you the best preparation and tips to help you find your Crow and Crane pose. Start with a specific wrist and upper body warm up, then move through preparatory postures and flows to teach you how to ‘shift weight’ smoothly to your hands and position your body correctly in the air. You will learn the difference between Crow and Crane and I will give you my top tips to make getting into both postures easier. Finish with a bonus strength sequence to help build your core strength and control for a high flying Crow and Crane.
