Lets start the second day of our challenge with posture that will make you feel proud, lifted, and energised. This classFOCUSes on releasing your chest, shoulders, and upper back to create more space in the front body, while also incorporating back and scapula (shoulder blade) strength to maintain a stable and supportive posture. Good posture encourages proper function of your energy centre (located in your thoracic spine) as well as reducing the risk of many chronic conditions like headaches, migraines, neck pain, and lower back pain. It’s time to straighten up!
