Using the connection between breath and movement, this class is all about flow. Challenge the body and mind to ‘stay present’ in the moment as you melt from one posture to the next following every inhale and exhale. This is the perfect way to activate your mind, warm and stretch the body, and release stagnant energy.

    I know this is supposed to be flowy but the whole class feels really rushed. I thought having a tortoise trying to nibble your toes was the most stressful part of my practise. It wasn’t. A few “using the pace of your own breath” would’ve helped.

      Thank you for the feedback Ida 🙏🏼 The pace is definitely faster than usual and i appreciate that it may have felt rushed. I will note that for future classes I film and be sure to have a slower paced class for next week 😊
