This yoga/workout fusion uses ‘muscle toning’ exercises during your yoga flow to sculpt and shape your whole body. Get a wholesome workout with small controlled muscle contractions for strength, elongated body shapes for mobility, and deep breathing paired with movement for fitness.
Really enjoyed this class. Tough time with side crunches and definitely out of balance but this helped get some of my knots worked out.
