    When I do the side plank, I always have to cut it short because if the pain on my wrist. Any tips?

      Try to press firmly through your fingertips to spread the weight into your hand, warm up the wrists with some wrist rolls and stretches, or you can come onto knuckles or drop to your elbow as an alternate option 😊 The wrist warm up class is also a good one to do before classes like this ❀️
