This class allows you to be in, and create space for your body, mind and spirit. Work through physical postures that help you expand into your surroundings bringing awareness to where your body is, how it moves, and most importantly how it feels. This consciousness will guide you to an open mind, expressiveness and finding your truth. As ether is connected to the Throat Chakra, you will have the opportunity to find confidence in your voice and the ability to communicate as you balance throat energy though moments in your practise like shoulder stand, plow, fish, guided breath work and spoken mantras.
